Yes, installation is included with purchase.

No, we do not install sheds in Florida. To meet permit requirements, Florida sheds require heavy-duty, DBPR-compliant steel doors and hurricane hardware (H-clips, earth anchors, rafter ties, etc.), and we are not equipped to provide these installations.

A Gorilla Shed representative will contact you within 3-5 business days of your purchase date to review your order and schedule installation. The representative will also confirm your shingle color, optional paint color and any accessories at this time.

3-6 weeks from purchase.

A person at least 18 years of age will need to be present at the time of installation. You do not need to be home once the installation process has begun, but you should be home at completion for a walk through and to sign the certificate of completion.

On-site installation for most sheds can be completed within one or two days. Your installer will arrive with the wood pre-cut and pre-primed, minimizing disruption to your day and your landscape. Larger and/or more complex sheds will require additional days, yet still provide minimal disruption. Timing also varies based on location, leveling, and carry time at the assembly site.

Our sheds meet or exceed 40 pounds per square foot.

Our sheds have been designed and engineered to meet approximately 90 M.P.H. wind speeds and between 20 and 30 pounds of ground snow load depending on the shed model.

Contact us at 888-827-9056. We will communicate your refund to Costco who can process your refund when you return to the warehouse. To add an item, we will provide you a new order form that you take to the closest warehouse to process your purchase.

There is a 15-year material warranty on Gorilla sheds and a 1-year warranty on labor.

The Member is responsible for removal prior to your scheduled delivery date. This is only required if the new Gorilla Shed is to be assembled in the same location.

• The assembly site should be level to within 6 inches; installers will not excavate the site
• The area will need to have 3 feet of unobstructed space on all 4 sides and above, free of branches, bushes, power lines, etc.
• Electricity will need to be available within 150 feet of the build itself
• If you are having your shed built on a concrete slab, please contact Gorilla Sheds for exact dimensions and allow 7 days for curing

Leveling blocks are not included with the purchase. Leveling blocks are not required in all states/counties, but the member should check his/her local requirements. Your building will be built on 4x4 pressure-treated runners. We will use treated leveling materials and shingle shims to level up the floor prior to installing the shed. If your ground is out of level greater than 6 inches, leveling blocks will be needed.

You should check with your local Building Authority and Homeowners Association prior to installation to make sure your shed is compliant with all codes, easements and setbacks.
